I'm on my way:)

I am a habitual dieter. I have been heavy almost my entire life. The one exception was a 2 year stretch when I had reached my goal and maintained it nearly 2 years before I started having my children. Three boys and 2 miscarriages later, I was heavier than ever. But now I am back on track. I've lost over 100 pounds, but still need to lose 50 more. I am currently on a plateau, but I will get started again and make my goal.

My Goals:
My goal is to get to a healthy weight. I am currently still considered obese, although I am healthy I want to make it to within the normal weight range by my next birthday.

My Program:
I am watching every bite that I eat. I restrict my calories to 1200-1400 and track by exercise. (I wear a pedometer and try to not quit until I have logged at least 8000 steps. My true goal is 10000 steps a day, but on days that I attend a water aerobics class I let myself stop after 8000 steps,)

Personal Information:
I was born Indiana, although I live in Kentucky for most of my adult life.
