My Goals:
Short term goals:
-Cut calories.
-No more than 1800 calories in a day. [I am breastfeeding.]
-Do cardio 5 days a week. [Start at home by using workout DVDs. Later join the gym.]
-Get a membership to the Y.
-Learn to enjoy more vegetables.
-Eat organic and locally produced foods as much as possible.
-Run around with my kid as much as possible.
