While in my early thirties and forties, my weight ranged from 130 lbs. to 140 lbs. That was a perfect weight for my height. Now that I am in my late sixty, I need to return to that weight range according to health insurance standards and my own well-being.
I have retired and have all the time in the world to excercise and eat correctly. Presently I am using Leslie Sansone's WATP six days a weeks. i am also reading The Spark and the Biggest Loser's 30-Day Jump Start book. I will incorporate some of their suggestions into my program.
