My Goals:
1. Set a healthy example for my kids
2. Get my heart pumping everyday!
3. Maintain my weight through moderation

My Program:
I schedule a workout 3 days a week that varies because I get bored easily. I incorporate cardio, boxing, pilates, and weight training. Keeping that appointment is key for me, because my body requires vigorous exercise for stress management and emotional well-being even more than for weight loss.

I'm not a big calorie counter, I rely more on making healthy choices the majority of the time. My biggest weakness is french fries. My best strategy is always having a healthy snack with me on the go, so starvation doesn't lead to poor choices.
