Going to turn it around this time!
Yo-yo weight is me. Started with 190 pounds, dropped to 140, then back up over 200 and so on... Every time, told myself wouldn't happen again, but life has other plans, I guess. I started SparkPeople with around 189 pounds in July 2011 and then dropped down to 141 over a period of 6 months. I have, however, in the last 3 months gained 13 pounds back and am now in the process of getting back on track.

I live in Turkey, am 30 years old, love dogs more than anything in the world. I'm a medical professional (talk about stress!) and I think I spent more time researching eating and nutrition than anything else in my life!
