Hello guys ...I chose to join Sparkpeople because you guys have encouraged me to come out of my shell and get the support I need in my life to become a better and healthier person. I want to be a healthier person, not just for me but for my husband. I want to be here longer for us - I love him ...

Hello guys ...I chose to join Sparkpeople because you guys have encouraged me to come out of my shell and get the support I need in my life to become a better and healthier person. I want to be a healthier person, not just for me but for my husband. I want to be here longer for us - I love him and I want us to spend a long life together. I want my overall self image to improve.

I want to be the "diva" of the group - I want to feel confident not in just my skills but in my overall appeareance. Feeling beautiful both inside and out is very important. I am a teacher and I want to radiate that confidence to my students and myself.

So I am taking this moment in my life to better myself and become healthier in the process. I have a "BUCKET LIST"and believe it or not joining an online support group is on that list .....so why not live in the moment, right?

My Goals:
I have a few goals for my weight loss:

1. I want to experience some weight loss each week ( no matter the amount)

2. I want to lose a pants size at least every two months.

3. Become more feminine as the weight falls off!

4. want to wear a sundress, a pair of killer jeans and a tanktop this summer - 2011!

5. I want to wear my first pair of high heels/stillettos this summer (without looking crazy)!

My Program:
Prayer! Trust God!

I work out 2-3 hours daily (even on Sundays) spin, zumba, weight lifting and step!

I drink lots of water (gallon) daily....

Better food choices, along w/ a cheat day just for my sanity!

Think more positively!

Beautiful Woman Award! Once you've been given this award, you have to paste it on the wall of 8 women who deserve it. If you receive more than 3 you know you're really beautiful. If you break the chain, nothing will happen, but it's always nice to know someone thinks you're beautiful, inside & out!!

Thanks girl...proof that hard work, consistency and persistency pays off!!! Just employ those things with some good workouts, proper eating and your reward will come to you too!!! I will send you the comp info later...doing my cardio now =)
