Back on track

After eating right and excercising right for 6 months, I fell off the wagon ( I partly blame travel for work but most is my lack of staying power). I'm back now, have a personal trainer and am ready to reach my goal!

My Goals:
Make excercising and eating right a way of life. If I do that, the weight will come off, the right way, and stay off. I'll feel better physically and mentally too!

My Program:
I've hired a personal trainer to work with. We're just starting out but of course th plan is lots of cardio, eat right and build those muscles!
