My Goals:
I want to eat to live, not live to eat. I want to feel good about my body at the beginning and the end of the day. (And I want a flat tummy and toned arms!)

My Program:
I'm starting with eating breakfast, lunch, dinner... healthy snacks, and trying not to eat after 8pm. I walk once a week for an hour, and am determined to find the time for two half-hour workouts sometime during the week. I'm just beginning, so I'll fine-tune as I go.

I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the Biggest Loser Winter Meltdown Challenge ALL Teams TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. Just jump right in. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
