Betsy's Journey to Hotness

I'm a 23 yr old college student with a great life and a few pounds to lose. :)

I'm currently doing Weight Watchers. I'm not really using the diet that is on this site. I'm hoping I'll see results from WW. So far I've lost 6.8lbs since January 1st. :)

The top picture is the most recent pic of me. It was taken on Jan. 26. The second pic was taken right after Christmas. The third pic was taken in July 07. I'm using the 2nd and 3rd pics as motivation to lose.

I would like to feel comfortable and sexy. I dont want to have to worry if clothes are going to make me look fat.

My Program:
 I'm currently doing Weight Watchers. I'm allowed to eat 27 points a day on the Flex plan.

Hello & welcome Betsy,
Good to have you with us here at Love Your Body and on any other teams you may join..... I'll help you through your journey if you need it. I'm here to support and encourage you forward. If you fall back, I'm here to catch you and show you the right direction if need be.

I'll try to be supportive to you and to encourage you on the journey you are taking. I'll be along side you to your goal(s) and all the way. And to you good luck and to take 1 day at a time. Take advantage of what Spark has to offer. I would like to see you accomplish the goal(s) you have and I'm there for you too.
Stay focused and have a positive attitude, b/c those will help you in the long way............... It's good to meet and have you with us.

To STAY MOTIVATED I DO THIS ALL THE TIME:::
1) come in and read the posts
2) read and join any teams that you think you like
3) get it know the people
4) read some articles
5) most of all :: have fun and enjoy yourself
You are doing great, making progress every time you come in.

If there is anything that I can do to help, give me a holler. If I do not know the answer, I will find it. Our leaders are really great and help when you need it too. So don't hesitate to ask. That is why they are here.

Don't give into your temptations. They are bad and will set you back. You want to move forward, have good habits ( like eating your veggies, fruits) and come in here. We all are here for you and other members too.

Hey! Welcome to SP! I joined SP Jan 9th and I love it! I can trulry say that if it wasnt for this site, I would have given up 2 days later. But im still here, and still losing weight!
