Hi! My name is Betsy, I live in Salem, OR and I am 36 years old. I have about 10 lbs to lose and so far I LOVE SPARK PEOPLE! I've already lost 60!

I am a single mom of a 17 year old daughter. I homeschool her through Connections Academy which is a virtual public school. I am also a virtual student at DeVry University and I am working towards a B.S. in Game Simulation and Programming. I am looking forward to graduation and working with game design teams.

I also live in Salem. Unfortunately I gained all my weight back. I am upset at myself. Some ugly "life issues" got in the way. would love to get together and talk. I need inspiration and help. Thanks

I am so inspired by you. I am on my second day of HCG and I have had nothing but negative comments from sparkpeople on my page. I am so glad I found your post on the notes to hcg unbelievers. I hope I can encourage you the way your progress has encouraged me. emoticon

Thank you for your concern. I have maintained my weightloss successfully between each round. I have done. I have one round to go to my goal weight. I know a lot of people that regained on other diets too. It takes as much diligence to maintain as it does to lose.

You are doing fabulous on the HCG diet and you are an inspiration! I am on my first round of HCG SL and at day 18 have lost 15 pounds. I have a long way to go but seeing your page and all your successes is a great motivator! Thanks!

Betsy,

I forgot to comment about exercise - I initially hated exercise as well. I actually do it in a group exercise environment so it's a class. I enjoy that much better - try looking into that. I tried several different classes and only stuck to the ones I enjoy. My local 24 hour fitness offers like ten different classes and I just go in and try each one. They vary from zumba (fun just dancing), spinning, yoga, taebo, kick boxing, and tons of weight lifting classes. People's energy around you is motivating when you want to stop...and the time passes by quickly.
