Fresh Start ...New Chapter...

Alright lets give this a whirl I am 35 , seperated , mom of a 5yr old and starting over...I need a fresh start, more energy, lose some weight and get more positive in my everyday life.I want to try new things, and get motivated. It's not too late, I want to feel more confidence, energy and happiness with myself.

At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame ...

1)Go from walking to jogging 03/22/2009

2) Jogging futher and stronger everyday. 03/22/2010

3) Jog 3Km without stopping or walking between. 06/20/2011

4) Jog 5 km! -June14th, 2011

5) Jog 5km without walking or stopping- inbetween. 06/20/2011

6) Sign up for my first official 5km Run. (Run is Sept.18th,2011) Army Run. Ottawa

7) Do a Run for Cancer 5Km. DONE! 2o11

8) Set back but Now rehabilitating bad hip All winter of 2011.

9) lose weight, tone, train core!

10) Walk/Jog again....yay!03/27/2012

11) Jog/run again

12) Run a 5k again.

13) Work up to 10km with stops or walkbetween.

14) Do 10km without stopping between..

15) Do a 10 km Run!

16) Over all to have more energy, feel great, get toned, lose weight and change the way I feel mentally about myself...how I let my weight hold me back I want to take charge of things in my life.
My Program:
Drinking more water
Cutting back on the sweet drinks ( lattes)
Cutting out desserts
Cutting back on candy ( my addiction!) lol
Working out more regularly and trying new foods and eating habits.
