I really liked this message:

"However, if there are times when you are able to stand strong, then FOCUS ON THOSE MOMENTS AND CELEBRATE THE TRIUMPHS. Maybe you put less sugar in your coffee today and said no to a second slice of pizza.

all caught up! didn't do well on the two bites and leaving leftovers but reading behind does not do well. Still I lost another 3 pounds so I am back at having lost 11 total - If I had not gained the other 5 back - I would be at 16 but enough said of that - If I calculated that way I'd be so skinny I wouldnt be on Sparkpeople!!! lol
