To be as fit, or better, than I was when I had my first child (22+ years ago). At that time, I'd work out 4-5 days per week, thru a great variety of activities: swimming, aerobics, racquetball, working out on the machines, etc. And enjoyed every minute of it. I want to enjoy physical activities and challenges again!
First step is becoming consistent...
* Become (and stay) an ex-smoker
* Nutrition - eat a variety of good-for-you, natural foods (nothing developed, enhanced or processed in a lab)
* MOVE - walk, jump, bend, stretch, strain, climb... any chance I get

The Syrian Style Green Beans with Tomatoes was simply delicious. What I did: Because you didn't specify what kind of pan, I used a frying pan just large enough to hold the beans in one layer. I did saute them for 30 minutes. I had to stir very frequent and reduce my heat to medium high (I know different burners run hotter than others). The beans got really brown, and I feared they would taste burned, but not to worry. I used a can of diced, organic tomatoes, because I didn't have enough fresh. To keep the vampires away, I doubled the garlic (large cloves), then added some crush red pepper at the end. The finished dish measured between a cup and a cup and a half--hard to believe the vegetable reduced that much!. It was almost like green bean and tomato "jam," and so intensely flavor a small portion satisfied, although I think I could have eaten the whole recipe Did I do everything right and get the correct results?
I served it with a roasted chicken breast and brown basmati rice. Yum. Truly a keeper!
