I come from a typical southern family. Fix it with food!! LOL
I'm Bethany, I'm 24 and I live in Ft. Worth, TX. I teach middle school students so I'm a little stressed out from time to time.
I have a membership at Curves and try to go at least 3 times a week, but it doesn't always happen : (
Someday, I'd love to fit into a size 4 (or 6 depending on the store) again...
I'm pretty short (5'2") so if I gain just a little it really shows around my middle. grrr.

My Goals:
I would like to get more protein in my diet. I'm not really a fan of meat so this is a challenge lol. I also would like to get to them gym more.

On work days I have a slimfast for breakfast and lunch. And I have a membership at Curves.
