hi everybody!! i've managed to lose 100 lbs over the last 2 years--ive been at a plateau for the last year-have even increased my weight training wich actually increased my weight by about 10 pounds but i am losing inches. fell completley off the wagon during the holidays but i'm ready to ride again! i want to increase my cardio and continue t o weight train also!!
