Trying to be the healthiest I can be
I'm Beth, I'm 50 and want to stay healthy by losing the extra weight I've gained. I'm retired now and get lazy. I'd sooner sit and listen to the rain than do my exercises. But once I get going I feel much better and happy I did it. I just need some pushing once in awhile. I was also recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and prediabetes. UGH! So now I really have to pay attention to what I eat and make sure I exercise.

My Goals:
I want to lose about 8-10 more pounds. I've already lost 12 lbs but it took me longer than I wanted it to. Now I'm determined to get toned and down to the weight that's right for me.
My Program:
I'm trying to eat better again but boy is it hard. I'm back into running and weight lifting. I try to do weights 2-3 times a week and run 5-6 days a week.
