I am 39 years old and don't want to go into my 40s with this extra weight on. I'd like to lose a total of 25 pounds. I'm planning on running a 5k in September, as a life long non runner, this is a huge mental goal.

good to hear you liked that quinoa recipe!!! that makes me so happy that i can do something that impacts people! even through a recipe.....i definitely filed that recipe into the keeper pile!
