I'd Rather Skinny Dip than Chunky Dunk

I've decided that I need to get down to an acceptable weight for myself. I've changed from I don't know what that is, to I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THAT IS! And this is a good feeling!

I have 2 small children and 1 unfairly skinny husband, which has left me with no time and guilty eating. But I'm going to get there. I will make every meal count. (Well, almost every meal, I may need to have some empty calories once a week.) I truly believe I'm going to do it.

My Goals:
I'd like to sit at a table with friends and not feel the need to make sure my belly is not showing. I'd like to have a picture of me that I'm not hiding behind my kids or my hand. My goal is to get down to 145 lbs.

My Program:
I'm going to document everything that I eat and attempt to stay with in the allowed numbers. I'm also going to start walking, and when I'm ready I will start running again. I will do my strength training videos or the Wii Fit 3 times a week.

Personal Information:
I live in a small town in Iowa with my husband and 2 children. Not to forget my cat.

Other Information:
I just started reading Twilight. I can't believe how much I like it!

Take it one day at a time. Track your food every night for the next day and don't hate yourself WHEN you mess up. Just try again next time with a much smaller goal. emoticon
