Hi! I'm on #6. I'm finally seeing the results because I got to work on my eating. Hard to see what's going on with muscle under fat!
So, yeah. Definetly seeing changes in my arms, shoulders, legs and abs. Still working hard to see anything on my butt! I got lazy for a month or so over the winter and slacked off, but back at it with a vengeance now!
Being consistent has made the most difference for me. Even if I do less at a time, doing it 3 times a week, consistently works!
