It started a year an a half ago, when I struggled to keep up with my son while hiking. I now work out 1 to 2 hours a day and walk and run 100+ miles a month. I walk at least a half marathon (13.1 miles) every other weekend or more. I have lost 25 pounds and am feeling great, and 28 pounds more to go. April 16th I will be walking a marathon (26.2 miles) and then a half marathon (13.1 miles) on the 17th with my son. This will be my 5th marathon and a half in the past 4 years ...
