Hi--I saw your blog about food cravings. It is so true, we crave what we can't have. I say--treat yourself--occasionally and within reason. Otherwise you'll binge. You are just beginning your journey. I hit my goal weight in April, 2011 (almost a year ago!) after losing 18o lbs. Life, for me, truly began at age 60! My advice--come to Spark every single day. I still do. It helps so much to stay motivated and determined. Read other's blogs and all the other helpful resources here. The best part--it's all FREE!!
