I am 29 and gained almost 30 lbs last year! I need to get it off plus the almost 10 lbs that I did not lose before I started gaining back! I am a bad Hypoglycemic and have bad high blood pressure which I control with meds! I try to eat healthy and leave a healthy lifestyle! I eat no added sugar and try to eat very limited amounts of white flour! I also watch my sodium intake to try and help with my blood pressure issues!

I want to congratulate you for making the decision to do something about your weight loss. I am a retired nurse and see to many turn to surgery as a quick fix,this coarse carries so many risks. Have you been diagnosed by a MD as a diabetic. ? A diabetic diet can be very nutritous and varied, you won' t starve. Try to find a dietitician that can instruct you and planning diabetic meals and how diabetes works.As with any diet or exercise program always consult with your MD first. Let me know how you are doing. I also have high blood pressure I an dealing wiht. emoticon
