Time to Lose to Win

Profile Edit 09/30/14 - 2014 has been an up and down year for me. The beginning of the year was great, I got down to 202 (I WAS SOOOOOOOOOO Close to under 200) but then boys happened. I ended up getting a bit depressed and little by little over the summer, I gained some of my weight back. About 20lbs or so. But no more! I am stopping myself in my tracks. I am feeling better about myself, I'm ready to recommit my life to being healthy again!

I am feeling better about myself, I'm ready to recommit my life to being healthy again!
I never stopped working out, in fact I just ran my first 45 min run yesterday. But I have been relaxed on it. Not doing it as often as I should. I have always struggled with late night eating (as in a 4th meal) and the first of this year I really got a hold of it. Well that habit crept back up. So my plan is to start eating dinner later, to curb me being hungry at 10-11p.

My new Goals are:
Drink water regularly - 10 glasses a day
Get under 215 by the end of October
Stop eating late a night
No more fast food
Only have dessert 2x a week

Hey Guys! Decided to rework my intro since the weightloss competition is over. It was a 12 week challenge and my 3 person team won $1,000 because we lost the highest percentage of weight (9.91%). It feels awesome to accomplish that. I'm still on the road to losing weight and the competition was a great motivator to jump start me. I am 48.5lbs down from my highest weight and am just 11.5lbs away from meeting my next goal weight of 215lbs. My next goal weight will be 200lbs. But I seem to do better when I focus on one goal at a time. So I am focusing on 215lbs until I reach that. And it's getting close!

NEWEST ACCOMPLISHMENT - Meeting my goal of being under 230lbs!!

Short-term Goals:
- Run for 30 mins
- Be under 215 lbs (9lbs away)
- No sodas
- Plan out my meals

Long-term Goals:
- Lose 135lbs - (79 lbs away)
- Run for 1 hour
- Live a healthy and active lifestyle

Accomplishments:
1. Finished Week 1 of Couch 5K
2. Finished Week 2 of Couch 5K
3. Have lost weight each weigh-in since Week 10
4. Went on Vacation and still lost weight
5. Met my first short-term goal weight of 250!!!
6. Set my 2nd goal weight at 230lbs.
7.Ran 26 mins without stopping
8. BMI is under 40!
9. Met my second shirt-term goal weight of 230lbs.
10. Set my new goal weight at 215lbs. (Update continuing with this goal weight)
11. Ran for 45 mins straight (09/29/14)

My Program:
Right now I am focusing on losing 11.5lbs to be under 215lbs. I am doing the couch to 5k program, running/walking intervals and body toning for exercise and planning out my meals the best to my ability with crazy work hours that are different every week.

Thank you for the comment on my page. I LOVE She-Ra she has always been one of my favorites, and YES that is on my bucket list as well! The costumes are pretty small, so I'm still at least 30 lbs away, but SOON very SOON! emoticon
