I'm a 20-something web developer in the Baltimore area. I gained about 25 pounds in college and after a year and a half of yo-yoing, I finally lost 12 pounds and reached my goal in December 2008.

I have spent the past 2 years lifting heavy and trying to put on muscle. I absolutely love lifting. I find it so empowering. I wish I could convince more women to lift because I know that it doesn't make me look "bulky" or "manly". It has sculpted my body and that extra muscle torches ...

My Goals:
I'm trying to lose a few pounds of fat while keeping the muscles I worked so hard to build. I'm doing heavy strength training 3x a week and keeping my calories around 1800-1900 during the week, and around 2300-2400 during the weekend.

My Program:
* Heavy lifting 3x a week
* Rec football league 1x a week

I hate to hear you had so many problems, too. It *is* a fun gadget & good idea. Too expensive to not work right. That "Up" was a TOTAL heap. I bet in 2 or 3 years they'll have it much better but I sort of toss my hands in that air. Just give me something that works! ;p

I don't eat bread (hardly ever). This was about LEGUMES for me (chickpeas, pintos, black beans, etc.--vegetarian protein sources, high in fibre).

I should be more positive about him coming back but he does outside all day and all night, he's an inside/outside cat. I hope he's just getting some..I'll ring his neck when he comes back. He has a coller and tag so that's all I can do...if someone finds him then they'll have that info.

No worries..it wasn't even good! LOL But it helped and today is going better, I'm actually staying awake lol Soda will not happen...that's a want, not a need at all. Coffee this morning was a need..I would have rather drank that then taken a shot of those caffeine things lol I needed to be alert for many reasons!
