I'm a web developer in the Baltimore area. My weight has been yo-yoing by about 25 lbs for years. I tend to stay on track for a long time, then lose my way for a while. I'd really like to make it stick this time.

I absolutely love lifting. I find it really empowering to be strong as hell and I like what it does to my body.

Lift PRs:
Bench - 105 lbs
Deadlift - 235 lbs
Squat - 198 lbs
Overhead Press - 80 lbs
