Like most people I have had weight issues my whole life, however I must confess I am currently at the heaviest I have ever been and NOT feeling good about it. My boyfriend had to literally take me by the hand and drag me to the gym. I am pretty embarrassed it has come to this, but thankful he pushed me to go.
