Hi I'm Beth, I'm married to my wonderful husband now for four years. I'm from a small town in Ohio. I've always been pudgy minus the four years I wore braces. I couldn't have and sugar or soda.... maybe I should have left them on lol!

MY FAMILY HAS TO LOSE WEIGHT TO LIVE!
Well, My brother inlaw had to get a c pap machine also his doctor said if he didn't change his health style he would die by heartattack by age 25... he is 22. My mother inlaw was diagnosed with high blood pressure high cholesterol and diabetes. My husband and I havn't had the tests yet but believe we are probally in the same boat! So we are trying to do what we can to change.

My Goals:
Over all:I need to drink more water, lose my addiction to Pepsi, eat less chocolate, and lose weight and do it as a life change not something that rears its ugly head the rest of my life. Eventually I'd like to lose about 100 lbs. but not sure its possible with my body type.
Short term:
By Aug. 30 '09:
Lose 15 lbs.~ goal met aug. 9 '09
New goal
By Sept 30th '09
Lose 10 lbs.


My Program:
Water, smaller portions, cardio, and some strength training, walking with friends, and Turbo Jam.

I'm from a rinky dink town in Ohio, one of the fatest states in the USA!
I've now been married for four years to my wonderful hubby Randy!


Other Information:
I'm Happily married to the love of my life Randy and one day we'll hopefully have a family of our own that these good habits I learn here can rub off on.
