I'm 57 years old, I need to lose 57 pounds. I used to be a hiker. I'd like to reward myself by getting back to hiking on the Appalachian trail. I'm a counselor and commute 40 miles to work so gotten pretty sedentary.

thanks, Arminda. I'm doing ok; taking a walk has helped a lot lately. Stressful day, all-day software training at our agency. Don't know why simple mistakes make me so crazy! But I'm better now.
