Hi, I have carried the "last 10 pounds" for awhile now, and would like to lose it before it becomes the last 15 or 20. I enjoy exercise and healthful foods, but need to pay attention to what I'm eating so I don't overindulge. Occasional insomnia is also a challenge.

My Goals:
Make healthy eating and exercise a regular part of my life.
My Program:
My initial goal is to simply track my food and exercise! I completed a streak and awarded myself an exercise DVD. My other goals are to eat healthfully and within my calorie range, and to build up to cardio 5 times a week (right now it's 3 times a week).
