Making progress!

I'm using this lovely page to keep track of my weight loss and fitness journey. I'm now more determined than ever to lose weight and keep it off. It's time to become healthy again.

I've tried many times to "diet," but this time is different because I'm changing eating habits for good.

I've decided to goal myself 10% at a time so that I can celebrate my wins.
