I really do like the Walk Away the Pounds exercise video. It's something that seems very doable at my current weight. I can't wait to do more!

Thank you so much for your sweet comments!! Please don't feel lost or stuck!! You are off to a great start!!! I would say the best peice of advice is to take your weight loss in 10 lbs increments. At any given time I always pretended I just needed to lose 10lbs. Once I got to that 10 lb mark each time it was a huge celebration/party/reward/new pic etc. It always kept me motivated to do the next ten pounds and not overwhelmed! Also, definitely tracking your food and setting a SParkamerica goal (a set amount of time you want to workout each week and make sure you meet that goal every week!) Let me know if you ever need me!!
