My Goals:
I would like to ultimately lose 121 pounds. I've already lost 47 lbs. I'm taking it in 5% increments. Almost to my 4th goal. Would like to be under 200 by the first part of 2011 or sooner.

My Program:
I am currently on Weight Watchers and loving it. My leader Alberta is the coolest and upbeat gal. I get plenty of support there, but was looking for something more. I have recently discovered that I enjoy to jog/run. Workin my way to a 5k next summer.

Personal Information:
I am 31, single...which sucks, and overweight. I enjoy photography and all that goes with it. Wish I could take my passion and make some money.

Other Information:
My favorite tv shows are LOST, ER, Heroes, Medium, Original Star Trek, Supernatural, Biggest Loser, True Blood, and Dexter.I love to read. My favorite books are the Harry Potter Series and James Patterson novels. Also really like NIcholas Sparks. My all time favorite movie is the Princess Bride.

Yes, I was at Kelly's Spice Studio on the day after Thanksgiving in the front row up in the left corner. Were you there too? It was a great workout, wasn't it? Next time we think it's each other, we just need to start talking to each other, o.k.? I just got back from teaching yoga, there were six this afternoon at the university.

Thank you so much for dropping by my page. I was just thinking about you and even asked the Oct. 2nd challengers if anyone had heard from you. I miss you in this month's challenge, but limited computer access can be a problem. How are you doing in this transition time? Changing jobs is challenging nonetheless, still want to come to my yoga class sometime? On a Sunday afternoon, perhaps? I'll be doing restorative classes now for two weeks....

Hi Beth, I wanted to come by and answer your question about the difference between restorative yoga and a regular Hatha yoga class. Stress relief and relaxation are the focus of a restorative class, one is on the mat, instead of in standing poses. Today we used the wall to support us as well as the earth. This differs from a regular class where strengthening and balance are focused on and encouraged in the standing poses.
