1. Carb Cycling! 2. Eat food that is good for my body. 3. Step up my fitness regime. 4. Maybe even start cooking for my family!!!
My plan is to go to Rhino Fitness Monday-Friday from 7:00 am -- 8:30 am. I do this today and want to continue. In addition to exercise--I need to work on my eating habits They are extremely poor. I love junk food and fast food. So it's time to get healthy and happy!
