Hey! Saw your status about staying in calorie range and wanted to stop by to offer my thoughts and what I do...
First off, it is VERY important to plan and track!
That is basically it. If you can plan each of your meals and snacks ahead of time and stick to it, you can see that it is possible. if you don't, plan it and you don't accurately track it, then it's not going to work.
Also, I will try a couple different options in my plan to stay in range for all things that I'm tracking if one thing is WAY over or under. As long as my calories and protein are in range, I'm usually ok with fat and carbs being out. The protein is what keeps me fuller.
This week, I have really been focused on planning at least for the day and the next... Working up to a full week. Start with one day at a time.
