I am a mother and grandmother. I have spent a lot of time working and raising a family and have not taken care of my self. I am determined to lose weight and I think SparkAmerica will help. I've read some very inspirational stories that have motivated me to stay on track.

Be the best me I can be!!!
Track my food and fitness goals at least 4 times a week.
Get at least 330 fitness points this month.
My first goal is to lose 10 pounds by March 31.


My Program:
To put God first each day with daily devotion!
To track my meals everyday!
Drink 8 to 10 cups of water everyday.
Eat 3 to 4 Fruits and Vegetables each day.
To exercise at least 30 minutes 4 days a week!
