- Lose the final five pounds
- Get back those great abs I had a few years ago
- Continue with improving my eating
- Stop snacking so damn much

My Program:
Trying to actually go to the gym on a regular basis, keeping track of my eating to figure out how to improve my lunches and snacking, fighting against the urge to get discouraged.
