My Goals:
My goals are to increase my health and longevity. My driving reasons for my goals are my son (7yrs) and my husband. I waited a long time to have them both in my life and I want to be around as long as possible!

My Program:
Current Goal: lose 2lb per week to meet target goal of 250lb by Nov 11th

How? you say....

#1 mini goal: start a fitness streak with minimum 10min /day.
plan: I am following a 90 day walking to fitness program, and have a membership to the YMCA where I can do circuit training and swimming (which I love!)

#2 mini goal: 9 fruit/veggies a day

#3 mini goal: stay in
calorie range 6 day/wk

#4: check in with my SP Buddy daily 224

Monthly Goal: Lose 6lb in August

Long term goal: Look and feel Marvelous at my Niece's wedding next year!

He hope you don't mind I added you. I have a boy who is 4 with spd and seen you on the message boards. I have about 90 pounds to lose gained a lot of it after having with son and all the stress but it is all changing now getting our life on track so I can use all the help I can get :)
