18 Slots of 20 Days IN EVERY 20 DAYS , I WILL FOCUS ON ONE ASPECT OF MY HEALTH AND THUS GET SOME POSITIVE CHANGES IN MY LIFE
Slot 1 10 Sept.'12 to 29 Sept.'12
Goals regular exercise, even if it is for 5 minutes per day. Current Status eating only one junk food at a single time.It satisfies the craving for all day.
Slot 2 30 Sept.'12 to 19 Oct.'12
Goals portion control, do not eat too much at a time, can eat as many times a day , but do not eat too much at a time. time between 2 meals/snacks-----1 hour minimum
Slot 3 20 oct.'12 to 8 Nov.'12
Goals Watch what I eat, no junk food regularly, may be 3 bites of any junk food per day , but no more than that per day
Slot 4 9 Nov,'12 to 28 Nov.'12
Goals Focus on adding more fruit & vegetables , 1 serving at breakfast, snacks.
Slot 5 29 Nov.'12 to 18 Dec.'12
Goals for protein, add nuts, milk, yogurt
Slot 6 19 Dec.'12 to 7 Jan.'13
Goals Eyes less screen time watching TV, internet adds extra stress on eyes
Slot 7 8 Jan.'13 to 27 Jan.'13
Goals Use lukewarm water instead of hot water , hot water dries the skin
Slot 8 28 Jan.'13 to 16 Feb.'13
Goals keep skin moisturized, focus on legs and arms-these are the most neglected parts
Slot 9 17 Feb.'13 to 8 March.'13
Goals try to apply moisturizer to hands every time after washing
Slot 10 9 March.'13 to 28 March.'13
Goals keep lips moisturized apply lip balm every night before sleeping, after eating
Slot 11 29 March.'13 to 17 April.'13
Goals keep moving as much as possible throughout the day
Slot 12 18 April.'13 to 7May.'13
Goals Review your goals and results so far
Slot 13 8 May.'13 to 27May.'13
Goals Whatever exercise schedule I am following till now, change it , add a new type of exercise like, cardio, strength
Slot 14 28 May.'13 to 16June.'13
Goals Apply oil to hair to keep them moisturized, at least 30 minutes before washing them
Slot 15 17 June.'13 to 6 July.'13
Goals focus on improving body balance do moves that improve body balance
Slot 16 7July.'13 to 26 July.'13
Goals use home made packs etc. for good skin
Slot 17 27 July.'13 to 15 August.'13
Goals plan a skin care routine and follow it regularly
Slot 18 16 Aug.'13 to 4Sept.'13
Goals Plan to maintain all positive changes that I have gained during these 360 days.

5.less you have-----less money spent on storage.

2.List all your successes, big and small------even if its just showing up at the gym for the first time, a walk, and so on.
I was living my life in a constant dream that One day I will do it. I can do it anytime,It would be like a cakewalk for me, Then , one fine day, I got this insight through God, " Look , open your eyes and look around , if you keep thinking like this without taking any concrete determined actions, Life is going to pass by and then on looking back , it would be very much hard on you to see that you have not achieved anything."
It was like waking up from a deep sleep. And now with this right mental set, I am starting my journey to achieve my goals, to be healthy and to do something good with my precious life.
I am a pretty blessed person . God has done His/Her part and now it is my turn to do my part .

Taking one step at a time.
Adding exercise to my daily life -------DONE
Increasing exercise as I start getting fit.
Reading one motivational sparkpage everyday and getting inspired from that.
Got so busy in family that I completely forgot myself.
Now I want myself back.
My Exercise Schedule by weekdays
Sunday---Alternate Sky Reach ,push-up jack
Monday--Jumping Jacks,Pike & Extend ,
Tuesday -- Reverse Lunge with rotation, Side-lying Leg Raise ,cycle , lean back cycling
Wednesday--Squat, Side Lunge,stork , raised leg criss-cross, Standing kick
Thursday--Plank, Plank with leg extension ,naukasan
Friday--Squat to stand, Alternating Bird Dog ,Stork
Saturday---Hip Bridge ,Scissor jump
Treadmill workout as many days as possible in addition to above exercises

You're too kind. I have five kids, only one girl, between 10 and 25. The first set kept me on my toes and fit just to keep up, the two youngest 10 & 12 are now expecting me to keep up as well...it's always great to have motivation from the ones we love. It provides the incentive when we don't feel like breaking a sweat or we are considering the cookies. One foot in front of the other and it will happen!
