The Big Picture Goal is to begin each month within my target range. The supporting cast for the Big Picture will be worked out and shared on my blog over the coming months but it will surely include healthy food, reasonable portion sizes, delightful exercise, enough sleep and some deep prayer. Wow - this already sounds like a fantastic year! Hope the same for all who read this.

Thank you for your sweet and encouraging comment on my blog. I have actually been surprised at how difficult maintaining can be, but I'm determined to stay healthy for the rest of my life. And you're totally right. Not only am I learning to be healthy for myself, but also for my future children. I added you as a Sparkfriend, as well. Thanks again!

Thanks for your comment. In regard to worry...I read once that worry is the opposite of Faith. I try hard to remember that when I can't let go of something because I know it's all in God's time and not in mine. It's hard to do, but very rewarding when we can give it to Him.
