2014 was a year full of ups and downs - emotionally as well as on the scale. I ended the year at goal but I didn't see that number as often as I wish I had. 2015 will be different - which is something of a non sequitur - but it is nonetheless true. The Big Picture Goal is to begin each month within my target range. The supporting cast for the Big Picture will be worked out and shared on my blog over the coming months but it will surely include healthy food, reasonable portion sizes, delightful ...

My Goals:
2015 GOALS

1. Be within 2 lbs of 150 every month of the year

2. Try 12 new fitness classes/ exercises/sports

3. Master one new type of cooking - it can be ethnic or just learning how to use new foods.



My Program:
Still workin' it out but:

1. Pick a fun thing to have a monthly streak about here on SP

2. Follow the Weight Watcher Program and attend meetings

3. track track track what I eat - any way I can, every day

4. Drink enough water - 6 glasses a day

5. Eat mostly vegan meals - they're delicious!

6. Plan my meals for an entire week

7. Keep active every day - and do formal exercise 4 or more days each week

I'm not sure how you found that old blog of mine, but it was pretty timely of you to comment on it b/c I went to a birthday party last night and left before they served the cake. I "sighed" and "Oh Well-ed" all the way home....but no tears this time! Now THAT'S progress! yep, 80/20...I'm thinkin' that's the best we can hope for!

We retired, sold almost everything we owned, set up paperwork with my brother so he could deal with anything that comes up, and we've just been on the road since Sept 2012. No home, no keys, no bills, just travel to all the places we've always wanted to see, and pay as we go. Living on our pensions, saving money when we can, and travelling cheaply. Having a wonderful time exploring the world!
