2016 GOALS

1. Be within 2 lbs of 150 every month of the year

2. 2 upper body strength training workouts, 20-30 minutes long, every week





My Program:
Still workin' it out but:

1. Pick a fun thing to have a monthly streak about here on SP

2. Follow the Weight Watcher Program and attend meetings

3. track track track what I eat - any way I can, every day

4. Drink enough water - 6 glasses a day

5. Eat mostly vegan meals - they're delicious!

6. Plan my meals for an entire week

7. Keep active every day - and do formal exercise 4 or more days each week

I have decided I'm done fighting cheese LOL! I am going back to work worked for 90 pounds lost which was whatever, as long as it is tracked and portioned. :) I do want to use the shakes up since I bought them I finally realized once I stopped stressing over what to eat, things got so much easier. If it fits in my calorie ranges, is portioned and tracked prior to eating it then I'm happy with it. emoticon emoticon Today (Wednesday) we are going to Veggie Grill so it's not going to be pretty or healthy-ish but it's already tracked. ;)

Mondays like to creep up on you, as Mondays tend to do. Tuesdays are to recover from Mondays' bad behavior. Wednesdays give us hope that it'll soon be over. By Thursday we are sure of that. Fridays are joyful that we made it to week's end again.
