2014 was a year full of ups and downs - emotionally as well as on the scale. I ended the year at goal but I didn't see that number as often as I wish I had. 2015 will be different - which is something of a non sequitur - but it is nonetheless true. The Big Picture Goal is to begin each month within my target range. The supporting cast for the Big Picture will be worked out and shared on my blog over the coming months but it will surely include healthy food, reasonable portion sizes, delightful exercise, enough sleep and some deep prayer. Wow - this already sounds like a fantastic year! Hope the same for all who read this.

Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. I think I must be a bad person because I laughed when I read that "Himself" calls your food choices "Fat Lady Food. What can you say (or do!) to a Martian like that?! Anyway, I'm sorry for laughing. I hope that you found a way to make him pay for that comment!

emoticon Beth! Your comment on my 'I love hiking in Normandy!' blog puzzled me a little... You mean there are no small villages in the US? I am curious! I visited several times, but always big cities (or a small island in Maine, but I guess that isn't really a village!).
