2015 was shadowed by sadness at the loss of Mama and I suspect there will be the pinch of that loss for the rest of my life. That is not to say my heart isn't ready to love joyously. It is!

2016 is starting with a different flavor from years past. I am not smack at goal - but I'm within 5 lbs of it. Better - I have the confidence that I will be at goal a whole lot more often than not this year. There's a calm certainty about it that surprises even me, but it's a delightful ...

2016 GOALS

1. Be within 2 lbs of 150 every month of the year

2. 2 upper body strength training workouts, 20-30 minutes long, every week





My Program:
Still workin' it out but:

1. Pick a fun thing to have a monthly streak about here on SP

2. Follow the Weight Watcher Program and attend meetings

3. track track track what I eat - any way I can, every day

4. Drink enough water - 6 glasses a day

5. Eat mostly vegan meals - they're delicious!

6. Plan my meals for an entire week

7. Keep active every day - and do formal exercise 4 or more days each week

I have to make the call whether we close or not. And I always feel guilty for doing so. (But not too guilty!)
