I've been at this a loooong time but 2013 is definitely going to be the year I get to goal and learn to stay there. Last year I finally broke through the 160 pound barrier and I am really proud of that. Now I need to take that 150 lb gorilla down. The key I think is to really fall in love with making healthy choices and I'm basing my whole plan on that. I loved everything I worked on last year (see all my 12 in 12 posts) and plan to continue them, but the overriding theme will be HEALTHY ...

The key I think is to really fall in love with making healthy choices and I'm basing my whole plan on that. I loved everything I worked on last year (see all my 12 in 12 posts) and plan to continue them, but the overriding theme will be HEALTHY CHOICES. And so I keep on plugging because ... I'd like the body to match the smile on my face. Next time I get my photo taken at the beach I want things to be better.

My Goals:
Long Term “intentions”, edition V 1. I'm going to reach my goal in March of 2013. 2. I am excited about strength training and can't wait till I'm able to do 25 push ups and 5 pull-ups. 3. I am grinning at just the thought of having a BMI of 25 by March 5, 2013 4. I always give myself enough time to completely eat my food – that means savoring it's scent and sight, tasting every bite and pausing every few bites to see if I've, maybe, had enough. 5. I love water and always drink enough 6. I'm having a wonderful time growing into a fitter stronger me
My Program:
Still workin' it out but: 1. Start a personal spark streak of making every day a HEALTHY CHOICE day. Ask myself "is this a healthy choice?" at each meal or each time I decide to sit down. 2. Follow the Weight Watcher Program and attend meetings 3. track track track what I eat - any way I can, every day 4. Drink enough water - 4-6 glasses a day 5. Eat mostly vegan meals - they're delicious! 6. Plan my meals for an entire week 7. Keep active every day - and do formal exercise 4 or more days each week
