I ended the year at goal but I didn't see that number as often as I wish I had. 2015 will be different - which is something of a non sequitur - but it is nonetheless true. The Big Picture Goal is to begin each month within my target range. The Big Picture Goal is to begin each month within my target range. The supporting cast for the Big Picture will be worked out and shared on my blog over the coming months but it will surely include healthy food, reasonable portion sizes, delightful exercise, enough sleep and some deep prayer. Wow - this already sounds like a fantastic year! Hope the same for all who read this.

Loved what you said on my blog about your kayak time as nourishment. I feel that way too.

You worked hard and hope you get those free weigh ins! As you know we've been running like crazy but lets aim to get our kayaking in after first week of June sometime? We're traveling at the end of the month again, but be back on June 7th or so.

"You've heard the old procrastinator's turn of phrase, "Don't do today what you can put off until tomorrow." Well, the same goes for procrastination itself. Put if off until tomorrow. Seize the future you want by seizing the present you have. Get started now – not tomorrow, next week or when you get around to it. "Around to it" never seems to get here."

The Almond Joy Cookies are to die for...chocolate chunks, coconut, and slivered almonds...yum! The dough is also delicious, but we don't speak of that. emoticon
