My Goals:
2016 GOALS

1. Be within 2 lbs of 150 every month of the year

2. 2 upper body strength training workouts, 20-30 minutes long, every week





My Program:
Still workin' it out but:

1. Pick a fun thing to have a monthly streak about here on SP

2. Follow the Weight Watcher Program and attend meetings

3. track track track what I eat - any way I can, every day

4. Drink enough water - 6 glasses a day

5. Eat mostly vegan meals - they're delicious!

6. Plan my meals for an entire week

7. Keep active every day - and do formal exercise 4 or more days each week

Happy Friday!

So, DO you live in your husband's ancestral home town? That's a wonderful history for a family to have in one place. I love it.

Also, I agree it would be such fun to go to library meetings together! And, if were to relocate, Virginia has always been near the top of the list...it's so beautiful and has such history.

Oh Bess, I think the greater good is that you are frustrated you can't haul your tiny hiney to the gym. Like did you ever imagine saying that ten years ago, five?! Riiiiiiight, me either. Strength work has made the single greatest difference in my body's composition. Dang, wish I knew how muscle crushes fat...like years ago. Enjoy your sweat tonight...that's your pot of gold at the end of a loooong day. Hang tough chica, love me some strong! emoticon
