Bess's SparkPage

For most of 2013 I was At Goal - a marvelous feeling - and though the last few weeks of December knocked me off track - and the first few days of January 2014 seemed to move very slowly - at last I'm ready to hop back on my Maintenance Pony and continue living a healthy life.

I'm still a Maintenance Newbie and it takes as much effort as weight loss took - but it's a whole lot more fun to dress a body in maintenance! Woo Woo.

Great Morning Bess!

Wow! Love your SparkPage intro! And I love and admire your honesty! It gives me HOPE! emoticon It's also encouraged me to update my intro, and given me the courage to "tell it like it is", "maintenance" gain and all! Thank you so much! And thank you God, Who really gave me the courage!

I came by to thank you for your awesome, faith-filled comments a few days ago on my "Lab Results" blog! I'm always happy when I can Give a person a reason to celebrate God's goodness with me! emoticon Yes, I'm still praising God and lifting up His name EVERYWHERE for healing my kidneys! I'm shouting this, His miracle, all over Spark and Facebook! emoticon I'm also having faith that my cholesteral numbers will improve with His help as I eat healthier and that my hi BP will go down. It has never been affected much as I dieted the SP way in 2012 and 2013. BUT, who knows? We do have a emoticon God who does do emoticon miracles, right? All we have to do is remember this blog! Praise God! Again and Always!

Have a Super, Duper Saturday and Sunday too! Make it an emoticon weekend! I know you can!

God Bless you and give you emoticon and emoticon
