Battle of the mind. Fell off track but i'm BACK and more fierce than ever!

Hi everyone!

As I've come to realize, weight loss is not a linear journey. There are ups and there are downs and there are many moments of glory as well as doubt; however, that doesn't mean I'm going to quit.

Almost three years ago I lost 50 pounds and maintained it for one year. Over the last year and a half, (during my last year of uni/first year in a new relationship) I gained 30 of the 50 I had lost.

As I've come to realize, weight loss is not a linear journey. There are ups and there are downs and there are many moments of glory as well as doubt; however, that doesn't mean I'm going to quit.

Almost three years ago I lost 50 pounds and maintained it for one year. Over the last year and a half, (during my last year of uni/first year in a new relationship) I gained 30 of the 50 I had lost.

Since mid October I have committed myself to a life of healthy and happy eating without regret. With the combined effort of daily fitness and cleaner and portioned eating I have lost 26 of the 30 pounds I gained. I am almost out of the "overight" BMI category and couldn't be more happy.

I am 23 years young and have a ton of living to do. I am on my way to achieving the physique I have so longed to have!

My Goals:
1. Surpass my lowest weight ever at an adult age (150 pounds was my lowest recorded weight in my 20s) ****ACHIEVED, as of March 8, 2011 - 149.4 pounds****

2. Reach my healthy BMI range (144.5 pounds)

3. Get to 139.5 pounds for a total loss of 60 pounds

4. Fall into healthy Body Fat % range

My Program:
High Intensity Circuit Training: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday

Cardio: Elliptical
Tuesday and Thursday

Saturday: Fun day! Since it's winter I generally spend my Saturdays snowboarding all day. Come Spring I will start biking!

~Eat clean, avoid processed foods and eat more whole foods

~Exercise to feel good, not just to lose weight

~Believe in myself and remember this journey is a marathon, not a sprint

~Stay focused, stay positive and get STRONG and never forget to have joie de vivre! (that's the little French girl in my coming out!)
