Mini-Schnauzer
I'm 65 years old, retired, and getting healthy. I reached my goal weight, and am now working on maintaining that weight. I go to the gym 3 days a week, with my husband, and I really enjoy it.
I've enjoyed cleaning out my closets, and donating my size 14 clothes. I can now wear my 10's, and some 8's. WooHoo !40
I find it very inspiring to read the stories of others - their struggles and successes. I am amazed at how many have lost much more weight than I had to. Now ...

My Goals:
When I retired my goal was to get myself, and my husband healthy again.
My Program:
I only had 40 lbs. to lose to my goal weight, and I met that on May 1. My husband has lost 75 lbs., but has many more to go, so now I must maintain & help him on his journey to a healthy retirement.
Personal Information:
I live in Vermont, originally from Maine, married, 2 grown boys & 5 grandchildren.
Our life now consists of 2 Mini-Schnauzers & 2 cats.

My favorite TV shows are:
NCIS, NCIS Los Angeles, Bones, The Mentalist, CSI.
House, Law & Order-SVU.
One of my favorite movies of all times is The Wizard of Oz.
My favorite actors of all times are James Stewart (Arsenic & Old Lace), and Cary Grant (An Affair to Remember), and many others. I also like Alfred Hitchcock films, and the Harry Potter series.
