Well, another week has passed. All we can do about it now is reflect. Did you eat well? Did you get in as much exercise as you wanted? Just look back to see if there is anything you can do differently this week. Last week is past. There is nothing that can be done about it now.
Now is the time to think about your goals. Where do you want to be tomorrow? How can you get there from where you are now?
TODAY is the day for ACTION. It is time to take some of those small steps to reach those goals. Is it get in 30 minutes more exercise? Drink more water? More Fruits or vegetables? Or maybe you want to find a new job. What are you going to do TODAY - NOW - to reach that goal?
You can do this. You are worth this. I can't wait to hear about your successes.

Personally, I am going to burn at least 500 extra calories today, eat clean, and drink my water. Those are my small steps today to reach my goals tomorrow.
