A work in progress but I'm getting there!!

I've been on and off the spark wagon for about 6 years now and I know from my own past experiences and watching others, that"quick fixes" and fad diets don't work forever. The weight plus some always comes back.
The only thing that works for me is doing it the old school way which is making sensible food choices the majority of the time and plenty of exercise (I know common sense right). It does take longer but it's never let me down if I'm consistant.
I'm looking forward to this ...

My Goals:
My main goal is to get healthy. I've picked up a few bad habits during (and after) being pregnant with my first child. And I really want to be able to run around and play with her without being tired. I would like healthy eating and exercise to become the norm and not just something I do to drop lbs for an special event. When I reach my first goal I'm going to try jogging, it's something I used to be good at so to be fit enough to get back to that would be great!

My Program:
My program / gameplan so far has been to cut out all the "extras" that got me in where I am now (fat & unhealthy). I'm currently in "stage 1" of my program, which is basically making better food choices, staying in my calorie range and going for walks or doing an exercise video most days of the week. I may introduce a "cheat meal" in the future. But I not sure if I should this early in the game yet. Stage 2 is going to involve jogging, weights and maybe spinning. I'm determined to reach ALL my goals this time around because frankly I'm tired of carrying around all this extra weight and the issues that go along with it.
