Getting healthy for my husband!

SO my reasons to begin working out regularly and eating healthy at each meal!

First and foremost is to impress my husband when he gets back from his Honduras deployment in September. He struggles with his diet and I struggle with my fitness. We should be the perfect pair, right? I wish! We have different ideas of what "healthy eating" is. And he has no patience to workout with me. Hoping to get n the same age soon!

The next reason is in September 2013, we're having 5 ...

The next reason is in September 2013, we're having 5 year vow renewal. We ever had a real wedding, so this will be the big day! I want to be able to wear whatever I want without being uncomfortable and to be able to look back at pictures and say "Wow, I looked damn good!"

Ordered P90X. Waiting for it to come in so we can dive into it.

Living in New Mexico for almost a year now and loving it.

I never complain when I get to go hiking in the mountains or trekking around White Sands.

I can't wait to make a noticible difference in my waistline for others to see!

I understand how you feel. I used the 4 months my hubby was in Iraq to loose some weight. Then he came home medical and I gained it all back and more. The stress just got to me. Now that we are all healthy I am trying to loose the weight again - plus the baby weight. If you need to talk I am here.
