I did well on spark until the end of June 2013, then life got tough and I lost control for a while. I put on 9pounds. But, according to my motto ~ eliminate every pound that sneaks in immediately ~ I am back starting January 2014 to do so!
It took me almost a year to get back to 132 pounds on November 14. 2014. Yay!

I don't think trees make that big a difference, unless it's like a triple jungle canopy. GPS accuracy is based on the number of satellites that your watch "sees"....at any one time you can have 3-6. Weather (cloudiness) will affect it more than trees

For running purposes, you should be good in a forest. Urban running (with lots of tall buildings close together) can be difficult

Hi, thanks so much for asking!

Yes, this has been a very, very busy week....emotionally taxing as well. My wife and I are taking care of a lot of legal and financial issues for our younger son who has some disabilities. We are dealing with a lot of bureaucracies and they are frustratingly slow.

I think it's on track now, but this will be on-going issues for many more months. I haven't been to the gym in over a week. On my way out the door now though for some weightlifting therapy!

Thanks again!
