Don't Worry, Be Happy

My motto is: keep your weight under control and eliminate every pound that sneaks in immediately. That's what I am trying to do. And stop eating chocolate, girl!

I did well on spark until the end of June 2013, then life got tough and I lost control for a while. I put on 9pounds. But, ...

My Goals:
. I want to eat natural, simple, and healthy food and stay fit until I die...
. Be more balanced and courageous.
. get back to a weight of around 60kg
. Be strong and fast

~FITNESS GOALS 2014~
1- Build strength: do 7 chin-ups, 7 dips and 25 pushups in a row.
2- Run a 10k under 50 minutes before the end of the year!

My Program:
5%Fall challenge Program

- Running: 3 or 4 times a week. A long, a medium, and a short run, some interval training, drills, and I will add some hill training once in a while
- Strength training every day for 10 minutes.
-Foam rolling 2/3 times
-In 8 weeks I will be able to do 10 pushups again!
- Walking whenever I can

Food:
- eat healthy - for me this means eating less fat and more lean protein. I am good with the rest. My goal is therefor simple: 1700 calories a day: 25% protein and 25% percent fat.

- Do a short meditation for positivity every day

Personal Information:
Climb every mountain, forth every stream, follow every rainbow, till you find your dream! A dream that will need all the love you can give, every day of your life for as long as you live!

Running Achievments:

-June 10.12: Father's day race 8.5km (actually, it was 9.5km = 61minutes)
-October 6.12 race 10.8km with my father (68min).
-April 20: 6km race with sister and father! Yes!
-May 9: Race 9km Yes!
-June 16: Hilly 13km race with my father YES!
-October 26, 2013: Race my first half marathon YES!!! in 02:19:32
-Mai 6, 2014: Fastest 10km - 51 minutes
-October 11. 2014: Tallsperrenlauf Eupen (14.7km) - 1:24:02
