I did well on spark until the end of June 2013, then life got tough and I lost control for a while. I put on 9pounds. But, according to my motto ~ eliminate every pound that sneaks in immediately ~ I am back starting January 2014 to do so!
It took me almost a year to get back to 132 pounds on November 14. 2014. Yay!

"Fry pan rolls" are partly my invention. I took a refrigerator roll recipe to make up all at once (the original called for putting half away in the "frig" for the next day). I grease the cast iron fry pans with coconut oil, use less flour than called for (or increase the liquid a bit and eggs by one) to make a very "wet" dough, so that it just barely is able to be "plopped" into the pans. The rolls are then light and rich...but really last.
[I also roast my meats in a cast iron skillet].

Blessings!
