Don't Worry, Be Happy

My motto is: keep your weight under control and eliminate every pound that sneaks in immediately. That's what I am trying to do. And stop eating chocolate, girl!
= Reached my goal weight of 132 pounds on September 15, 2012! =
= Reached a BMI of 21 on September 15, 2012 =
= Has less than 25% fat body mass since September 15, 2012=

I did well on spark until the end of June 2013, then life got tough and I lost control for a while. I put on 9pounds. But, ...

My Goals:
. I want to eat natural, simple, and healthy food and stay fit until I die...
. Be more balanced and courageous.
. get back to a weight of around 60kg

~FITNESS GOALS 2014~
1- Build strength: do 7 chin-ups, 7 dips and 25 pushups in a row.
2- Run a 10k under 60minutes before July
3- Run a 10k in 55 minutes at the end of the year

My Program:
Goals for April:
-Run three times a week - Do one longer run (at least 11km), one medium run (around 8km) and one high intensity interval training of about 20minutes.
-Do three ST sessions a week
-Do 15 Minutes of exercise on any other day
-Loose 2 pounds
-Stay around 1800 calories a day
-Eat more proteins and less carbs at Dinner

Positivity:
-Write down 10 positive things every day.
-Prepare a new concert for September 2014
-Contact my favorite pianist ask him for a "meeting"

June 10.12: Father's day race 8.5km (actually, it was 9.5km = 61minutes)

October 6.12 race 10.8km with my father (68min).

April 2013: 14km yes!
April 20: 6km race with sister and father! Yes!

May 2013: 15km Yes!
May 9: Race 9km Yes!

June 16: Hilly 13km race with my father YES!

October 26, 2013: Race my first half marathon YES!!! in 02:19:32

I told all my staff thatwe're changing the rules about how we budget. From now on, we will hold cage-fighting matches. The winner will get top budget priority.

Some people will get hurt, but the those who want it the most will survive!
