My Goals:
- I want to loose about 20 kilo's but I'm starting out with 10 as a first goal. - I want to do exercise for at least 3 times a week - I want to stop drinking soda or artificially sweetened juices. - I want to drink buttloads of greentea - I want to feel better about myself!
My Program:
Well for now I'm in the 28-day bootcamp workout challenge which has been awesome so far:)! Also I try to do Cardio every day for at least 30 minutes And I'm trying to watch my food and calories
