Thanks for adding me! I love your page!! So...what keeps you busy during the day? Do you have a favorite workout?

I have a 5yr old that keeps me on my toes….a house to keep up (like all of us woman...LOL), and a full time job as a business analyst. I also own my own fitness business... I LOVE it!!! I get to help others by sharing with them the products that have worked for me. I also help keep them motivated and am there for them every step of their journey :-) I finally feel like I am doing something I love and have a passion for. The rewards are endless. I LOVE to spend my summers outside either doing yard work or playing games with the family. I really look forward to chatting more - Take care!

I saw you are going to start insanity...you will love it! I have only completed the first 3 weeks before getting side tracked but hope to restart it again soon. It really is amazing and if you couple it with healthy food choices you will see and feel results very quickly. One world of advice...start hydrating NOW it will make a huge difference in how you feel and the results you have with the workout.

I'd like to lose 10-15 pounds, I'm concentrating more on toning up but would definitely like to see the numbers on the scale go down too.
